The way in which he speaks is deceiving however. His voice sounds very calm and not villainous at all. But his physical appearance (mask, muscles) is very terrifying. His costume is mainly leather and shows off his strength. His mask is also villainous as it seems as if it his main power and makes him look all the more scary.
What makes Hannibal the Cannibal was a Psychiatrist who was also a Serial Killer. Not only did Hannibal kill people but he also ate his victims. He is sometimes depicted as a regular person until he catches them.

Magneto is villainous due to his deep rumbly voice. Something that also shows him as a villain is his amazingly scary powers of controlling metal. Magneto has become a villain because of his traumatic childhood and to get revenge on the man who killed his family. Magneto is very clever, cunning and patient, this is how he gets people to like him.
Dr. Evil, the antagonist in The Austin Powers Series is obsessed with taking over the world. As a child Dr. Evil was abandoned by his parents which gave him the motive to take over the world in any means possible. He has a large scar on his face indicating that he has been wounded in some way, this adds more "Villain" character to him.
The Joker is villainous because of the way he laughs and smiles after killing and torturing people. He also appears villainous because of his apparent insanity and the way he laughs while torturing people
Joker from "The Dark Knight" is a villain is a typical villain definition. His physical appearance in the movie is exception to normal human. He has a white and pale face with a scared mouth that shows a creepy smile with green hair.
His voice in the movie sounds was like treacle. His sweet voice and his interactions between other people makes him a cunning and clever villain.
His villainous plan is to make Batman reveal his true identity by destroying Gotham city and he has created lots of miseries to the people in the city as well
The Wicked Witch of the West She is very evil and does not look nice to the eye, making her scary to little children. Her laugh and voice has been imaged as the cliche voice of a witch. She wears only black as the color black is most regularly accustom to to things and people who are evil. The Wicked Witch of the West is a true villain.
A.voice is strong. B.despises Optimus prime and will always will drive him to defeat him or humans. C.is on the other team. D. works for the fallen and he wants Optimus dead. E. needs the stuff on earth to live and optimus needs to die.
Davy Jones, captain of the flying Dutchmen and the mighty kraken. What is more villainous to say? He is primed to making deals with people and stealing their souls by trickery. He is also know for being close to near immortality making him a formidable villain.
